The Situation
The client had been terminated from his second job in two years and was struggling to secure another role in the industry. He approached Rossetti Advisors for interview assistance, particularly with modifying his story and conducting mock interviews.
The Process
Charlie worked extensively with the client, who struggled with interviewing (in large part due to autism). They carefully refined his story, scripted answers to the most commonly asked questions for these roles, and coached references to corroborate the key messages that the client communicated during interviews.
The Result
The client quickly secured his third investment banking job but was ultimately laid off from that job as well. He returned to work with Charlie again and managed to secure a fourth investment banking job. Unfortunately he was laid off a fourth time less than a year later and once again contacted Charlie to assist in finding a new role. Against the odds, the client secured a fifth investment banking job and is currently employed!
